Hotel Le Chatelain Brussels

The rooms were excellent, spacious and well-equipped. The fitness room was a nice bonus, with good equipment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The small bar was a cozy place to relax and enjoy a drink.

The breakfast could use some improvement. The tea was not served hot and the scrambled eggs were too runny.

Despite this, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and the upgraded room we booked was worth it. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area of the city, close to many restaurants and attractions.

One downside is that the bar and restaurant were closed for private functions on several nights, leaving us without a convenient place to relax and dine.

We had a fantastic stay in this luxurious hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the location in the fashionable area of the city. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful little garden. The facilities were great, including a stocked mini bar, Nespresso machine, and a nice large flat screen TV. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the tram station, making it very easy to travel to and from the airport. After a long day of meetings, I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the bar, which had a lovely atmosphere and served refreshing drinks. The hotel was located in a nice area, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, allowing me to explore the local culture.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food at a fair price. The location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as there were no available parking spots. the porter was kind enough to find a place on the street for us.

The staff provided excellent service, and all our luxurious needs were fulfilled in the exclusive amenities offered. the Sauna and Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city, and the in-room breakfast was top-notch.

The only minor issue was that the room's safe was not working correctly. Although the staff promptly worked to fix it, it did disrupt our evening plans.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were outstanding and fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the service was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the Sauna and Jacuzzi were clean, well, maintained and provided an exclusive experience. the Garden area was a great place to unwind and relax. the room advantages were exclusive and made for a pleasant stay. the In, room breakfast was high, quality and served on time. the Bar/ Lounge area was a great place to grab a drink with friends. the Buffet breakfast had a great variety of options. the Special diet menus were accommodated with care. the private facilities, including the bathroom, provided an exclusive experience.

the restaurant service was slow, which caused a delay in receiving my food.

We were really surprised by the spacious room with a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the relaxing TV ambiance in the room. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, and the bathroom with L'Occitane toiletries added a luxurious feel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were really nice with their thoughtful attention to detail. We also appreciated the friendly and kind service from everyone. The location was great, and we even took a leisurely 20-minute walk to the downtown area. I would highly recommend staying at Le Chatelain for a fabulous experience.
